Two employees worked on one pipe for hours and left with no progress but big messes everywhere for us to clean and a clogged pipe still unreached because they couldn’t get their snake to pass 2ft down the pipe. One came first and tried all he knew but without luck so he called the second person also was no use. They were the first company to have shown up for the job and shouldn’t have taken up the task when they know they’re not equipped for difficult job as this. After they finally decided to quit, they suggested us to hire a company with a camera down there because the pipe is broken. Luckily I was referred to Reasonable Rooter, they came all the way from St. Catharines and finished the job in 30mins. They promised not to charge if they were unable to fix it so there’s no risk for us. They even wiped clean of the mess they’ve made afterwards. I was absolutely shocked to have received a bill of $558 for nothing other than more messes to clean. I asked for discount because the job wasnt done but the owner refused. Owner didn’t care at all, just wanted to get paid. So unethical. I had witnesses thorough all these ordeal. Would never go back or recommend to anyone. I hope by posting this will save some of you time and money.

I just wanted to shout out the J Muro’s plumbers – they were spot on! Showed up on time, super pro, and really friendly. They sorted everything out like champs. We were delighted with the service provided by J. Muro Plumbing & Heating Ltd. The friendly service man (I can't remember his name!) arrived even before the estimated arrival time. We were having trouble with a leak under our kitchen sink and he quickly and efficiently replaced the hot and cold water taps, as well as discovered a leak in the faucet hose. While checking out the main water turn off, he also found a leak in a pipe in the basement and was able to repair that leak in the same visit (I thought the water had been coming in from outside). He went over and above by tightening our faucet and explaining how to attach the new hose that we had to order. Everything is working perfectly now and the cost was very reasonable! I would definitely call this business for any plumbing needs!!

Hire J Muro!!!!!!! They saved the day and helped our business get back up and running. J came to meet us immediately upon calling him. He was friendly and empathetic and super efficient. Also Kara in the office was so helpful and friendly. I would call them in a heart beat if I need something again. Good company to have in your corner

Had furnace and air conditioner installed a few years ago, the furnace stopped working in late 2023 and was still under warranty. J.Muro did not return any if my calls to come fix it. It cost me over 1500.00 to have the switch and control panel replaced by someone else. Last week I got a letter from J.Muro advising my warranty is about to run out...nice!

Great efficient service. The 2 technicians on site were very friendly and helpful and also aware of keeping their work area clean as well as the area in the home. They were called to change 2 gas fittings on the dryer and oven.

I have used Muro Plumbing for years and they are a wonderful company to work with. They are beyond accommodating in all the situations I have encountered over many years. I would recommend them a million percent!!!! Kara and Ralph are fabulous!
